🧽 You don’t need to worry about providing any cleaning supplies or equipment — we bring all the professional products and tools needed to get the job done efficiently. We kindly ask that you provide paper towels and trash bags, as these are household-specific items we do not carry.

What’s the difference between Standard and Deep Cleaning?
🧼 Standard Cleaning is a maintenance cleaning designed for homes that are regularly cleaned. Deep Cleaning is a detailed cleaning that includes hard-to-reach areas, ideal if your home hasn’t been cleaned in a while.
Do you offer same-day or urgent cleaning?
⚡ Depending on availability, we may accommodate urgent requests. Contact us directly by SMS to check availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
❌ We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations under 24 hours may incur a fee.
How long does the cleaning take?
The time needed depends on the size of your home and the type of cleaning. For example, a regular cleaning for a 2-bedroom home typically takes about 1-2 hours, while a deep cleaning or larger home could take several hours. We’ll provide a time estimate when you book the service.
Are you insured?

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
🏠 Not necessarily. As long as we have secure access, you don’t need to be present. Many clients prefer to provide us with a door code or key.
